Winnona Shepard

Winnona E. Shepard, 89, of Floral City, Florida, passed away on October 15, 2020. She was born on August 18, 1931 in Ruskin, Florida.  As a true Florida native, Mrs. Shepard called Citrus County her home for 30 years.  She was an active member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Eden Gardens, where she lead and assisted in community services.

She leaves behind a son, Mark Shepard, and a brother, Daniel Houghtaling and his wife Anna May.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM, on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church,  638 S. Eden Gardens, Inverness. Interment will follow at the Hills of Rest Cemetery in Floral City, where she will be laid to rest with her husband, James.
