Simone was born in Paris, France, the daughter of Ferdinand and Juliet Goddard. Visting hours will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 10 AM. The service will be at 10 AM at Heinz Funeral Home with interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL
