Richard Ruh

Ruh, Richard, 74, from Homosassa, Florida, passed on May 19, 2024 in Brooksville, Florida. Mr. Ruh was born March 1, 1950 to the late Earl Anthony and Mary E. (nee McFadden) Ruh in Dubuque, Iowa. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard and the United States Army and was Catholic by faith. He worked as a diesel mechanic for John Deere tractors before retiring and coming to Florida. He was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Boston Celtics and Larry Bird, and NASCAR. Mr. Ruh loved his family and friends.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Christine (nee Johnson); his 2 sons Michael Vincent Ruh and his wife Molly and Nicholas Adam Ruh and his wife Haley Smith; 3 grandchildren: Keenan Micheal Ruh, Brittney Michelle Ruh, and Madison Jade Ruh; and his brother John Joseph Ruh and his wife Debbie.
