Oniel Ferraiolo

Oniel J. Ferraiolo , 92, of Hernando, FL died on September 25, 2017 at The Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hernando, FL.  Oniel was born on February 22, 1925 in New York, NY, son of Louis and Filomena Ferraiolo.  He was an Army Veteran of WWII and a recipient of the Purple Heart.  Oniel was the owner of Academy Roofing in the Bronx.  He moved to Hernando, FL in 1990 from Long Island, NY.  Oniel was catholic.

Mr. Ferraiolo was preceded in death by his son Louis, a brother, and two sisters.  Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Margo Ferraiolo, his son Frank Ferraiolo and his wife Wendy of Long Island, NY; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass for Mr. Ferraiolo will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness, FL.  Father Timothy Cummings will preside.  Burial will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL with Military Honors provided by the Inverness VFW 4337.  Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL.  heinzfh.com
