Nadina Kay Lutz , 78, of Hernando, FL passed away on February 13, 2018 at Brentwood at Fore Ranch in Ocala, FL. Funeral services for Mrs. Lutz will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Heinz Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 12:00 noon until the hour of service.
