Mark William Napier peacefully passed on
September 23 2017
, at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg from a bicycle accident. He will be remembered for his humor, artwork, music, resilience and integrity. Mark lived every day to it's fullest, never taking anything from any man unless it was positive. He enjoyed walking the beach and his musical project "Mortal Soul". He is survived by his brothers William Upton, Karl Haeussel, and his sister Christine Maiocco. A spreading of his ashes will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at
6:30 p.m.
, at the public beach access lot on the sand at 145th Ave. and Gulf Blvd. for friends who wish to attend.
