Mai Pham, 45, of Hernando, FL, passed away on June 19, 2019 in Inverness, FL. She was born on Novenber 28, 1973 in Vung Tau, Vietnam. She was Catholic by faith.
Survivors include her father Thanh Pham of Arizona; mother, Mai Do of Vietnem; Husband Brandon Ho of Hernando, FL; four children, Dominic, Sonny, Ronnie and Toby; and many siblings in Vietnam.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness, at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 23, 2019. The family will receive friends from noon until the hour of service. Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation
