Joan M. Williams, 78, of Hernando, Florida, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 in Inverness. She was born on January 10, 1941 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Benjimen and Rose Zawrotny.
Mrs. Williams worked as a police dispatcher.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Phillip E. Williams. Survivors include, her husband, Henry E. Williams of Hernando, Florida; son, Henry Williams, Jr. of Humbolt, Texas; and brother, Robert Zawrotny of California.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the Arbor Lakes Clubhouse in Hernando, FL.
