James T. Powell, 79, of Inverness, FL died on September 3, 2014 at his home. Mr. Powell was a retired Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy serving in Vietnam. Inurnment will take place with Military Honors at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia at a later date. Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL.
