Esther Oliver

Esther B. Oliver , 101 of Leesburg, FL, died on February 5, 2016 at the Lake Harris Health Center in Leesburg.  Esther was born on August 17, 1914 in Rome City, IN, the daughter of Albert and Mary Bolley.   She was an Administrative Assistant for the U.S. Government working at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.    Esther was Lutheran.  She moved to Leesburg, FL from Myrtle Beach, SC in 2008.  Esther was preceded in death by her husband Elgy Oliver, brother, Merrill, sisters Hazel and Evelyn and her granddaughter Ruth Heikkinen.  Survivors include four children, Marilyn McMillen, Judyth Heikkinen, Roland Oliver and Kurt Oliver; ten grandchildren, Dale and Brett McMillen, Karen Bohan, John and Tom Heikkinen, Marcia Taylor, Kristin Fowler, Carey, Chris and Philip Oliver; and 23 great grandchildren.

Esther will be laid to rest with her husband, Elgy, at the Columbia Gardens Cemetery in Arlington, VA this spring.  Heinz Funeral Home and Cremation, Inverness, FL
