Edward Borak

Edward Borak, 95, of Naples, Florida died on July 26, 2018. The son of Anna and Andrew Borak, he was born in Milldale, Connecticut on July 10, 1923. He and his wife lived and raised their family in Meriden, Connecticut. They retired to Inverness, Florida where he became an avid painter. He later moved to Naples, Florida. He was a US Navy Veteran and served proudly during World War II. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Irene Borak. He is survived by his children; Barry Borak of Wallingford, Connecticut, Bonnie Shaw of Naples, Florida, Bruce Borak of Beverly Hills, Florida, and Bethany Budzyn of Post Mills, Vermont as well as 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and all his Lucy friends.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00am on Friday, August 17, 2018 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. Heinz Funeral Home and Cremation.
