Dorothy E. Smith, 79, of Hernando, FL died on February 23, 2017 at Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast in Lecanto, FL. Funeral services for Mrs. Smith will be held at 12:30 p.m., on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the Heinz Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until the hour of service.
