Debra Mulligan

Debra L. Mulligan, 59, of Inverness, FL, formerly of Brooksville, FL, died on October 15, 2015 at Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast in Inverness.   Debra was born on January 16, 1956 in St. Petersburg, FL, daughter of Alvin and Florence Renney.  She was the owner of Cock-a-doodles Café in Inverness, FL.  Debra moved to Inverness in 1981 from Brooksville, FL.

Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Edward J. Mulligan, Jr. of Inverness, FL; two children, Sandra Weber and husband Bert of Inverness, FL and Larry R. Bennett and wife Danielle of Dallas, GA; three brothers, Jerry Renney and wife Linda of Winter Haven, FL, Earl Renney and wife Sandra of Slocomb, AL and Danny Renney of Brooksville, FL; two sisters, Aleta Renney of Powder Springs, GA and Ann Burke of DeFuniak Springs, FL; and three grandchildren, Alyssa and Aiden Weber of Inverness, FL, Sidney Diane Bennett of Mt. Carmel, KY.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mulligan will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Heinz Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service.  Interment will follow at Hills of Rest Cemetery in Floral City, FL.  Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL.
