Clare Burnside

Clare T. Burnside , 91, of Inverness, FL, died on March 13, 2017 at Citrus Hills Health and Rehab in Hernando, FL.  Clare was born on September 11, 1925 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Richard and Mary Reilly.  She moved to Winter Park, FL in 1973 from Levittown, PA and then to Inverness in 1986.  Clare was preceded in death by her husband James A. Burnside in 2003, son James, daughter Regina, brothers Richard Reilly, Eddie Reilly, Lenny Reilly, and Francis Reilly, and sisters Mary Monsky and Rita Hall.  Survivors include  three daughters, Maureen Norman of Daytona, FL, Mary Oliver of Debary, FL and Marilyn Burnside of Inverness, FL; three sisters Elizabeth McFarland and Virginia Burrello of Inverness, FL, Regina Ballo of Cape Coral, four grandchildren, Parker Norman of Camp Lejeune, NC, Michael Norman of Winter Park, FL,  Douglas and Reilly Oliver both of Debary, FL.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:15 am on Friday, March 17, 2017 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Beverly Hills, FL.  Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.  Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL.  heinzfh.com
