Barbara Hurley

Barbara A. Hurley, 83, of Hernando, FL, passed away on October 23, 2019 in Inverness, FL.  She was born on January 13, 1936 in Ashford, West Virginia, daughter of Aaron and Marie Pettry.

Barbara was a member of the Church of Christ.  Her hobbies included singing, gardening, and cooking, but she was the happiest when she was with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Kempton Hurley.

Survivors include her children, Deborah Carol Johnson of WV;  Jack Elkins of TX; Danita Stolicker of Inverness, FL; Vina Simon of Inverness, FL; James “Jay” Elkins of Hernando, FL; 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
