Barbara Bernard
August 5, 1936 — May 1, 2018
Barbara Bernard (nee Corsi) died peacefully after a short illness. She will be missed by her daughter, Geraldine Jones Gaugler and her husband Gary Gaugler; five grandchildren, Stephanie, Joseph, William, Gage, and Landon; her sister Joanne Haitmanek and husband Charlie and their sons, Chuck, Kevin, and Darren.
Barbara worked as a hostess in fast food and loved to talk to all her customers. She never met a stranger. People will remember her as fun, feisty, and full of life. She would play for hours with her grandchildren and took great pride in spending time with them.
A memorial service for Barbara will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Heinz Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until the hour of service. Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL. heinzfh.com
