Arthur Roden, Jr.

Arthur A. Roden, Jr., 93, of Lecanto, FL died on December 23, 2017 at Ocala Regional Medical Center in Ocala.  Arthur was born on December 15, 1924 in New York, NY, son of Arthur and Lillian Rodenberg.  He was a U.S. Army and U.S. Navy veteran.   He served in the submarine service during World War II in the Pacific Theater.  Arthur was vice president for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York.

Mr. Roden was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Roden in 2016.  Survivors include his brother, James Roden, his nephew, Father Raymond Roden of New York City and his niece Patricia Clements of Yarmouth, ME.

A Mass for Mr. Roden will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Citrus Springs, FL. A lite lunch will follow in the Parish Hall.
